HLD00162 is a lightweight nylon 4-way stretch mountaineering fabric engineered with a high nylon content blend, offering excellent durability, structure, and controlled elasticity. With a weight of 177GSM, this fabric provides a slightly more structured and supportive feel compared to lighter versions, while maintaining good flexibility and comfort.

The double weave (mountaineering) construction enhances abrasion resistance, tear strength, and breathability, making the fabric suitable for outdoor and functional applications. The lower spandex content (5%) ensures stable stretch performance with improved dimensional stability and a more structured hand feel.

The high nylon ratio delivers superior strength, durability, and a natural cool touch, making it especially suitable for outdoor garments and workwear. Finishing can be customized according to specific requirements, including water-repellent, windproof, or other functional treatments to meet various performance needs.

The combination of durable construction, stable stretch, and lightweight structure makes this fabric an excellent choice for technical outerwear and versatile functional apparel.
